Un agent = un rôle, un métier, une voix, des tools. Pas un script IVR.
Rôles
Marketing & conversion, Service client, Secrétariat. Le rôle change le ton et les tools prioritaires, pas le fournisseur voix.
Métiers
Artisan, agence, cabinet, hôtel, santé, e-commerce, B2B. Le pack vertical interdit d’inventer (prix, diagnostic, disponibilité).
Publication
Tant que l’agent n’est pas actif, la ligne ne décroche pas. Un plan limite le nombre d’agents actifs.
